1. The service

Memofluent is a tool for learning foreign words (cards + context). It is currently free and provided "as is"; features and pricing may change.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions in your account. Use a valid email. One person — one account.

3. Your content

Decks, cards and texts you create remain yours. You grant us the right to store and process them only to run the service. Public decks are visible to others at your choice.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal content or material that infringes others' rights.
• Do not try to break, overload, or bypass service limits.
• Do not use automation for mass accounts or spam.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uptime or the accuracy of automatic translations/examples. Keep important data backed up elsewhere too.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (contact@memofluent.com). We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
